                                    Zucchini Bread

I have a great recipe for zuchini bread. I have made it hundreds of times. I think i like to make it more then i do eating it. None the less it taste very good, and im happy to share it with everyone.

2 Cups Sugar

1 Cup Oil

3 Eggs

2 Cups Shredded Zucchini

1 Tsp. Vanilla

Sift Together 3 Cups Flour

1/4 Tsp. Baking Powder

1 Tsp Baking Soda

1/2 Tsp Salt

1 Tsp Cinnamon - Ginger - Cloves

Add If Desired Walnuts, Chocolate Chips, And On The Top Sprinkle Lightly Oat Meal
